Update: 8/24/2009 9:30pm

"Just wanted to let everyone know that Jaron and Teagan made the trip to Hershey just fine. They were both transported in the Life Lion ambulance... Mitch got lots of pictures of it, I will try to get some up for you all to see. Everyone at Hershey seems very nice, and the surgeon that talked to us today we hear is one of the best. Tomorrow morning sometime is when they will have the surgery, but they didn't give us a specific time yet. They like to keep them there 72 hours after surgery to make sure recovery goes well. So, we are thinking we will be back at Women and Babies by the weekend.

That's the latest, we appreciate the prayers.

Love,

Heather, Mitch, Kaylan, Jaron, and Teagan"

  1. We will definately keep Jaron and Teagon in our prayers. I don't know if you got the note I sent yesterday since I don't see it on the blog. But, we had asked the surgeons if we could pray for them, and all of them (for the different operations) allowed us to pray for them, right there before the operations. Just an idea for you.

Also, does Jaron have his PICC line in? We are believing that he does now.

Many blessings to you and Mitch and your wonderful, beautiful three Bundle of Joys!

    Love, Donna Smith

  3. Standing with you all in prayer and faith. May the Lord CROWN you with His continued peace and joy. He is beautiful. Look FULL in His face. (Sometimes in challenges we can feel an intensity like that of the "transition" zone of a natural birth. If and when that intensity wants to creep up on you, have your focal point determined: His Face. ) His eye is on the sparrow and we know He watches you! He is full of lovingkindness and compassion. He is beautiful. He is aware of your rising up and your lying down. He loves you all! Rest in these truths.
    With love, your sis, Liz
